Stage Gate Reviews
Most organisations that deal with oil & gas developments from the earliest discovery phases through to the operation of the field will have a ‘Gated’ development process. Ending one phase and starting the next will usually require a successful ‘Stage Gate Review’ and agreement from the Project Governance Committee to proceed.
Although each Company will have its own definition of the phases; typically they would be similar to those shown here.
UCE Ltd can provide expertise in organising and leading formal Stage Gate Reviews or in participating as a Surface / Project Engineering discipline expert. We can follow your own corporate processes and guidelines or, in the absence of these, set up and agree terms of reference for the review with you.

Other Reviews
In addition to Stage Gate Reviews, we can assist in leading or participating in Discipline and Multi-Discipline technical reviews between the Stage Reviews.
